Print 12 copies (or however many months are left in the year) of the two pages below (double sided PDF) to keep track of your Mary Kay expenses throughout the month/year. 

At the end of every month take your receipts from your expanding file and transfer them onto your pre-printed tax papers. Maintain all receipts in your expanding file for audit purposes.
